Vulkanfisk henter råvarer fra alle deler av landet – avhengig av sesong og kvalitet. Når skreifisket starter i januar får vi eksempelvis fisken direkte fra fiskeren Espen Kaspersen i Tromsø, som flysender den samme dag som den er fisket. Reker henter vi helst fra Kirkenes og Lyngen. Tørrfisken kommer fra Røst. Lutefisken fra Værøy og Barstadvik. Blåskjellene fra Rissa. Krabbene fra Fosen. Sjøkreps og hummer fra Møre. Økologisk laks fra Aukra.
